Help Perfection System (Client 60XX)

I am trying to implement the perfection system, but I have some problems.

When I try to go up a level for the first time, the percentage shows full

When I try to upload the second time, the percentage is not displayed properly

When the entire team already has a level, no one is enabled to continue up to the next level.

If someone could guide me, what are the steps to make it work perfectly, or what package to send to the client to make it work correctly.

I've never worked with this system before, but I'm guessing it might be some bad offsets? Like maybe your offsets are just slightly off by 2 or something for progress.
