5065 still uses decrypted server.dat, why do you need it from another client?  You must remind that you cannot use 127.0.0.1 as your IP on the gameserver or server.dat.  On higher versions it would crash the client, but on that one it'll show the server.dat error message  I am not using this ip > 127.0.0.1, i am using local ip (ipv4), i do not understand exactly what to do.
