WindWalker (Pride Fan) Weapon Auto Attacks

I am trying to understand how Pride Fans work. Are they treated as weapon based spells or something else?

I did some research online and found references suggesting that Pride Fans have three different attack effects: Rectangle, Sector, and Circle. I also noticed that when attacking, certain spell IDs seem to trigger: 13040, 13050, and 13060.

However, the behavior seems completely broken on my side, and I am not sure how these mechanics are supposed to work correctly.

Could someone explain how Pride Fans are actually implemented? I am still fairly new to Conquer and trying to understand the system better.
