Just a note, the issue you're running into with your puzzle is your attempting to convert the dds to a format that web can handle like PNG, but it's dropping a lot of the information because conquer's .dds files are in a slightly odd format. This is causing you to have washed out colours and losing transparency in your water. I ran into this same issue years ago with my map editor, how are you converting them?
