COPS X Emulator: Public Protocol Documentation

In my unreleased COPS X Emulator, I have tooling to auto-generated Markdown files describing the Conquer Online protocol for each version supported. As I feel like we lack decent documentation for the patch range targeted by this emulator, I decided to make a public repository mirroring these Markdown files.

Please note that COPS X Emulator is still in active development, and that I haven't had time to go back and fully document all messages yet. This repository will continue to evolve in the following months / years.

Also, if anyone wants to take out some of this information and add it to the new Wiki created by Spirited, feel free to do it. I don't plan to do it myself.
