it is definitely a directx8 problem, I used another way (d3d8to9 project), it worked but again frame drops and low fps in any screen with more than 5 things on it..

I used dgVoodoo2 and it worked but fps is very bad, it seems that it is a directx problem

oh yeah, and clients of classic server work fine

hello, I have downloaded a private server and it gets stuck on login (it is a public server not mine, just wanted to play a bit and get back memories), the server/client version is: 5695 I am running it in win10 hyperv with the help of GPU Partitioning (other games run ok) I am running it in a vm because of trust issues. I included a snapshot of the step where it gets stuck/screen-frozen in. I would appreciate the help
